Involved with the CCFCC as well as the Chaine des Rotisseurs, James consistently strives to foster genuine relationships with notable partners in his trade – from fellow chefs and restauranteurs to the fantastic ranchers, farmers and growers throughout Alberta and around the world.

Sirocco Golf Club is semi private, 18 Hole Championship golf course located just minutes South of Calgary.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pine Creek Valley, Sirocco boasts expansive views of the Rocky Mountains and the Calgary city skyline.
Open to both members & the public, Sirocco is home to Ibby’s Lounge, Siraia Dinning Room and 3 sunny patios.

Sirocco is proud to be a Meal share partner restaurant. Anytime a Meal Share menu item is purchased off of the menu Sirocco donates one dollar to help feed a person in need at the Calgary Drop-in center as well as a healthy food item to someone living in Africa. We are also pleased to offer a Meal Share favor program that any couple can use as their personal wedding favors. This helps reduce to our environmental “wedding footprint” & give a little love back to our community.
As an Ocean wise restaurant, we source our seafood from sustainable purveyors ensuring that we are offering our diners the best quality product while also respecting our oceans.
